Monitoring Failure & Backfill

If monitoring remains unavailable beyond the configured threshold:

Session → DEGRADED

The user is notified.

Recovery behavior:

DCA: Execute only the next eligible scheduled occurrence. Missed intervals are not replayed.

Fear / Greed / RSI: Evaluate the current market condition. Historical triggers are not executed retroactively.

Rebalance: Evaluate current portfolio deviation and execute only if the condition remains valid.

All missed evaluations are logged.

No historical trigger is automatically executed unless the strategy explicitly defines and authorizes catch-up behavior.
